, AK 99901

Kimberly is an active musician, dancer, teacher, and performer. The artistic Ketchikan community fostered her love for the arts at a young age. She danced and performed Ketchikan Theatre Ballet for 13 years, played in bands at McPherson’s, performed in several First City Players productions, and played and sang in as many band and choir concerts as possible. Her love for the arts led her to pursue a degree in Music Education from Pacific Lutheran University, where she performed and toured with the Choir of the West, University Singers, University Symphony Orchestra, and University Jazz Band. She studied voice with Nancy Zylstra and Jessica Milanese and trumpet with Zach Lyman and Ed Castro.

Upon Graduation from PLU, Kimberly returned to Ketchikan with the desire to serve her community and participate in the vibrant arts community Ketchikan has to offer. She is an active instructor and choreographer at Ketchikan Theatre Ballet, teaches music both privately and as a substitute, and enjoys performing when the opportunity arises.
